THIS FEE INCLUDES:
- Access to the full programme of the SSB Storytellers of the Future.
- Accommodation in Dolen (Jul 20-28, 2024) in traditional 19s houses. The participants will be accommodated in double rooms. A limited number of single rooms is available for a supplement.
- Shuttle bus return trip Sofia - Dolen - Sofia.
- Amazing countryside, beatiful views, and unforgettable experience.
THIS FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
- Accommodation in Sofia for Jul 19, 2024. We will provide you with ideas for different types of accommodation.
- Meals. We will provide with delicious food those who wish. Our cusine uses locally produced products. The meals are for non-vegetarians and vegetarians. Whenever possible we accommodate special dietary needs (allergies or food intolerance). Food supplement is available for a fee of 145€. It covers the whole period of the SSB Storytellers of the Future, except for the lunch on Jul 24 (day out).
- Drinks. Hot & cold drinks will be available at the bar all day round.
IMPORTANT:
- The SSB Storytellers of the future starts and ends in Sofia. For international participants: when you plan your flights or other means of transportation to and from Sofia, please, keep in mind that you should arrive at Sofia no later than 16:00 local time on Jul 19, 2024 and depart from Sofia no earlier than 16:00 local time on Jul 28, 2024.
- For your best experience we recommend arriving a day before and departing a day after the SSB Storytellers of the Future official dates (Jul 19 - 28, 2024).
- To apply please click at the application button below. Participants will be accepted on a rolling basis until we fill the available places. As the number of participants is limited to twenty, we suggest applying as early as possible.
- Once we receive your application we will examine it promptly and contact you regarding further details. A deposit fee of 50€ is due in a 7-day period upon application approval. This deposit fee guarantees your place and is deduced from the participation fee.
- The amount of the final payment of your participation fee depends on the date you submit it, i.e. in the early bird period (Feb 15 - Mar 31), regular fee period (Apr 1 - May 15) or late duck period (May 16 - Jun 30).
