THIS FEE INCLUDES:

Access to the SSB Storytelling: A Deep Dive full programme.
Accommodation in Dolen (Jul 19-27, 2025) in traditional 19th century mountain houses. The participants will be accommodated in double rooms. A limited number of single rooms is available for an additional fee.
Return shuttle bus trip Sofia - Dolen - Sofia.

THIS FEE DOES NOT INCLUDE:

Accommodation in Sofia for Jul 18, 2025. We will provide recommendations for various types of accommodation.
Meals. For those who wish to partake, we offer delicious meals prepared with locally sourced ingredients. This includes breakfasts, lunches, and dinners for both non-vegetarians and vegetarians. Special dietary needs (allergies or food intolerances) will be accommodated where possible. Food supplement is available for a fee of 165€ for the entire duration of the SSB Storytelling: A Deep Dive, excluding lunch on Jul 23 (day out).
Drinks. Hot and cold drinks will be available at the bar throughout the day.

IMPORTANT

SSB Storytelling: A Deep Dive starts and ends in Sofia. For international participants: when you plan your flights or other means of transportation to and from Sofia, please, keep in mind that you should arrive at Sofia no later than 16:00 local time on Jul 18, 2025 and depart from Sofia no earlier than 16:00 local time on Jul 27, 2025.
For the best experience, we recommend arriving a day before and departing a day after the official dates of the SSB Storytellers of the Future programme (Jul 18 - 27, 2025).
To apply, please click at the application button below. Participants will be accepted on a rolling basis until all places are filled. As spaces are limited to twenty participants, we recommend applying as early as possible, but no later than May 15, 2025.
Once we receive your application, we will review it promptly and contact you with further details. A deposit fee of 50€ is due within 7 days of application approval. This deposit guarantees your place and will be deducted from the total participation fee.
The final amount of your participation fee will depend on when you submit payment: Early Bird (Feb 15 - Mar 31), Regular (Apr 1 - May 15), or Late Duck (May 16 - Jun 30).
